Cuyahoga Community College’s Fitness Testing and Training Center is an educational facility where students provide personal training and coaching sessions and a variety of fitness assessments. The general public and Tri-C staff, faculty, and students are invited to participate in the students' classroom learning experience.

Personal Training
Personal Training will resume early October 2024. Personal training has something to offer everyone, whether you are a rookie to the gym, an experienced exerciser or just need someone to help you create an exercise routine.
BodPod Testing
BodPod Testing is now available. The BodPod uses whole-body densitometry to determine body composition (fat and fat-free mass).
Fitness and Wellness Coaching
Available now! 100% online service! Wellness coaching encourages a collaborative relationship between the wellness coach and the client, with the goal of providing accountability as you reach your wellness goals.
VO2 Max Testing
V02 Max testing is now available. Maximal oxygen consumption (VO2 max) is an important determinant of your aerobic (endurance) capacity during exercise.
Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) Testing
RMR testing is now available. RMR represents the amount of energy that the body uses at rest. RMR is one component of your Total Energy Expenditure (TEE).
